Terms and conditions

General Requirement

It is prohibited to use or modify Awesome team photos and videos outside of the client's interests without permission.

Copyright is given to the photographer/videographer and awesome photoworks as the production house.

Client may use images for personal and promotional use but not for resale.

Special requests outside the concept/agreement are not binding instructions.

Things outside the agreement can be negotiated beforehand with the MOU.

Prices and services before down payment can change at any time.

We can add watermark on our production file to protect our copyright anytime.

Bonus/free services can't be revised/cashed.

Payment

Booking fee min. 50%.

It is recommended to book 30 days in advance.

No refund for errors (lost data) caused by technical problem or force majeure.

Cancellation will forfeit deposit.

Costs outside the offer are borne by the client (exp. location or additional equipment).

Does not include overtime costs (outside the event rundown).

Prices may change if there is a request to move to another location or add more location.

Maximum payment when production handover or file is sent by MOU both side (vendor/special customer).

Optional tax invoice (price does not include VAT).

Awesome photoworks may hold files if they have not received payment.

Term payments related to the progress of a transaction if necessary.

Production

File can be review with watermark or small file resolution.

Extracharge for changing backsound video editing.

Free Revision 1x (takeout/change footage with avaiable stock).

Editing without prior confirmation or agreement will follow the awesome photoworks editing style.

Revisions outside the editing agreement will be subject to extra charges.

Revision 1x24 hours.

Revisions that are not confirmed within 1x24 hours are considered okay.

Editing and production deadlines according to workflow under normal conditions on weekdays and working hours.

Asks for old files that have already been sent will incur additional costs (if still available).

Additional cost for RAW files.

Photo workflow Duration

1. Sneek Photo (RAW) 1-2 workdays after event

2. Edited Photo 2-3 workdays after event

3. Edited Album 3-5 workdays after event

4. Print Photo & Album (normal condition) 7-14 workdays after confirmation

Video workflow

1.  Short Video 1-3 workdays after confirmation

2. Highlight Video 3-5 workdays after confirmation

3. Full Duration Video 5-10 workdays after confirmation

Revision

1x24 Hours.

Delivery

Free pick up at our studio Bekasi Utara / Additional charge delivery via Gojek set by client.

Agreement Acceptance

By making a down payment of invoice or signing the offer, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
